Terms & Conditions

✩ Be Responsible ! Borrow only what you can pay back!
✩ I have right to refuse or decline the transaction if I found you suspicious.
✩ Debtor/borrower should be at least 18 yrs old and above. 17 yrs old and below will not be entertained!
✩  all transactions are strictly GCash to GCash only
✩ lying about your pendings will result in being blacklisted
✩  if you're using other person's gcash, you must provide their valid id and facebook account as well.
✩ must provide all the requirements on the google form
✩ALL INFORMATION SENT WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL unless agreement is breached.
✩ the rates and interest are fixed and non-negotiable
✩ cut-off of payment is 12pm on your chosen date of payment
✩ if you wish to pay earlier, same fees/rates will be collected.
✩ if you failed to pay  on the agreed DOP, a late payment fee of ₱50 per hour will be collected after the cut-off.  Minute late is not an excuse !
✩ if you wish to extend your dop, an additional ₱150 per day will be added to your payable amount (3 days max)
✩ there will be Warning tweet if no reply/payment made within 6 hour  after the DOP
✩ Will expose as a potential bogus debtor, once you remain unresponsive and still haven't settled your payment within 24 hours after your DOP
✩ Exposure of all information will be made and family member will be contacted if no payment within 48 hours and still unresponsive.
✩ all details will be deleted once fees are settled
✩ DON'T BE RUDE, DON'T RUSH !

✩ if more than 10 days dop kindly add 6% per day
✩ payment cut-off is 12pm
✩ late payment fee is ₱50 per hour
– minute late is not an excuse!
✩ extension fee is ₱150 per day
– max of 3 days extension only
✩ kindly check my recent tweet for available funds and max days for dop

✩ contact number and facebook link of your parent and close relative/friend
✩ valid id with handwritten of my username, your username, date and time, amount to  borrow and dop (must be clear and readable)
✩ selfie with your valid id
✩ Screenshot of your Verified GCash Account
✩ if you're using other person's gcash, you must provide their valid id and facebook account as well.
✩ proof of latest successful pautang transaction ( send at least 2 proof)
✩ Latest proof of billing showing address. (Utility bill or shopee/lazada order confirmation)
